When you arrive at your accommodation, please ensure you check out the information booklet. In there will be fire safety info and lots of useful information regarding local facilities and how to use heating etc. PLEASE CHECK THIS BEFORE CALLING ANYONE.

BOOKINGS

Hoburne is a quiet, relaxing family park. We are unable to take bookings for stag or hen parties or similar groups. Please contact us for advice.

CLEANING

The caravan has been cleaned before your arrival. Please leave the accommodation as tidy as possible to help our lovely cleaner turn it around as efficiently as possible. Please ensure that any washing up is done, all rubbish is removed and put in the large red bins outside, strip your beds and place all dirty linen in the shower.

ARRIVAL

You can check in from 2.30pm; please don't arrive any earlier as we will be unable to release your keys. 

Your keys will be available from a key-safe located outside of the accommodation. We'll provide you with the code and location shortly before your stay.

DEPARTURE

We ask that you depart by 10.30am. Please pop the keys back in the key safe. Note the cleaning requirements, above.

BBQ’S

Please do not use a BBQ whilst staying with us.

DOGS

We love well-behaved dogs and there are some wonderful walks around the site.

Note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, when outside the accommodation.

We're a small family business and can't afford to replace/repair furniture and carpets, so we would very much appreciate you keeping an eye on our K9 friend to ensure that nothing is soiled or chewed during your stay!

FACILITIES

Hoburne has a wonderful range of facilities and activities at the Park. However, please note that some are unavailable during low season and for maintenance. For example, the kids Sammy Seahorse show and disco doesn't take place during low season. Obviously, the outdoor pool is not available during low season (although the great indoor pool is usually open!). We cannot be held responsible or repay fees back to you if Hoburne reduce the availability of facilities or activities.

FISHING

The lakes are full of lovely big fish! You can fish from 8am - 10pm on any of the four lakes on the park. These operate on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you take any rubbish and equipment home with you when you're done.
